After carrying out a lot research into pregnancy massage I felt that Birth Essence would be more suited due to what seemed to be a more bespoke and holistic approach. I wasnt wrong! Charlotte spent a lot of time getting to know me and my needs before carrying out a relaxing yet effective treatment to help me prepare for my final days in pregnancy. Would highly recommend!

I've been working with Charlotte for the last three years. During this period I gave birth to two children and had a wide range of both antenatal and postnatal sessions with her. Through a combination of 1:1 sessions and body-work, my confidence in myself and my body has grown tremendously. Charlotte has an amazing ability to facilitate gentle, but powerful, shifts in consciousness. The inner limitations which affected me during my first pregnancy were gone and my second pregnancy and birth felt empowering and liberating.

I signed up for Charlotte's Birth Confidence package after a difficult first birth experience. Her work is powerful and transformative and has changed so much more than just my attitude to giving birth. The massage is relaxing and beautiful, the 1:1 sessions have helped me deal with unresolved issues in me and from my last birth that could potentially prove to be stumbling blocks this time round. She has introduced me to many tools like breathing and meditation which make me a nicer person to be around, and my relationship with my toddler and husband are better for it. The follow-up after each session, regular emails, blog posts and suggestions, provide ongoing support and inspiration. I would recommend Charlotte's work whole-heartedly to every pregnant woman!
