        I would highly recommend attending Mels classes I attend 3 classes a week and the energy and fun while exercising is fantastic and her fitness skills are amazing and she shows all modifications that best suits everyone to there ability in each different exercise class, Mel also has the fitness music down to every beat and brings the music fun and fitness in every class.
