House of Cavani are without peer when it comes to customer service, material quality, and attention to detail. I purchased a suit for my mates wedding that would need to be shipped to the US so that I could get it fitted and hemmed properly. Within a day of purchasing it online, they reached out and verified the suit size, shipping address, and provided me with a link for tracking purposes. I couldnt be more pleased with their service and products. Thank you!

I called the woman ahead of visit to the store. I booked an appointment with her, specifically making sure they were open on this bank holiday. She said yes and told me what time to arrive. We drove over an hour to get here and the whole place is shut, they will not answer phone either. Looks like an absolutely awful area as well. Rubbish and fly tipping everywhere. Youd expect a business like this to ensure they are located in a half-decent area. Maybe this was a blessing!

Lots of suits, very friendly and helpful staff in a cool but friendly place. Gem of a place. I wish it was closer, but thi place was well worth a long drive to find the perfect suit for what I wanted!

Terrible customer service. Faulty jacket, trousers were incorrect size. 3 emails and 2 phone calls but no response. Can only leave a message on answerphone and emails do not even get an acknowledgement . Quality also debatable as 100% polyester. Avoid if you can
