Midian Care

Had the pleasure of having Ella and her team provide care to my elderly mother in Birmingham, as I live in Germany, for the past 9 months as she has dementia. The team at Midian are always helpful and go the extra mile when it comes to caring for my mum. From the initial contact, assessment and on-boarding through to providing her care and letting me know how things are going has been not only easy but a delight. The people at Midian are nothing less than superstars. I can only give them 5 stars, they deserve many more. I would fully recommend them to anyone looking for a care provider who delivers exceptional care everytime.

The staff at Midian Care are fantastic, they are always so helpful, caring and considerate to my father, I do not know how we would have coped over the past few months, especially given the situation around COVID-19, if we did not have Ella and her team to call upon. We have had carers from Midian Care for both my parents and they have all been excellent. No matter how challenging things can be, they have all shown great patience, respect and understanding to my parents' needs. Nothing has been too much trouble and willingness to help in any way is always there. As a family, we have witnessed deep compassion and meticulous care by all employees of Midian Care and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
