I ordered an electric desk via eBay fulfilled by Allcam during lockdown of 2020 and loved it. Great desk for a great price. Loved the fact it came with a drawer to put my laptop away after use etc. Would have loved an option for cable tray but saw after going on to the allcam website they offer accessories over a range of items. Unfortunately my desk suddenly stopped working a few days ago. I tried changing the power cord to another plug to see if it was my end or the desk. Nothing worked and I was upset thinking my desk was now a regular desk. I decided to call Allcam just in the off chance who picked up and simply told me to email with pictures and description to see what they could help with. Using some detective skills I saw the power cord worked fine when plugged into another appliance so must be the desk itself. I had 0 hopes for help. Surprisingly and big shout out to Ali, who knew instantly the problem was with the LCD panel who helped arranged a new part and shipped it next day saving me on spending on a new standing desk. Amazing service. And to top that he even sent a video with instructions that I could easily follow and replace my LCD panel. My desk is back up and running. Definitely recommend allcam for your desks and what not. Great products and even better customer service.
