Lovely staff who work there, very chatty and friendly. The optician was very thorough with the eye test and answered any questions I had about what he was looking at and possible further issues I may have.

I was very nervous about going to get my eyes tested due to coronavirus. However as soon as I stepped into the reception they made me feel so at ease. Checked my temperature (no company has done this so far) then directed me to the seating area. When I walked into the opticians there was plenty of distance. The optician was so friendly and could tell I was nervous. She even stopped and spoke about other things to get me comfortable. After the two tests I went and chose the glasses. The receptionist was friendly and we had a few laughs. She even remembered me from 7 years ago. They gave me plenty of time to choose the glasses and helped with my options. I would 100% recommend anyone to go here. Granted I have not had the glasses yet but I know they will be amazing.
