Extremely bad service!!! I've been appointing this company in the past few years and it's always me who need to trace and urge for the feedback. Recently, I started to see that my tenant hasn't been paying the rent on time, and even only partial payment was settled; the Property Manager, Michaela Berefords, replied to me and stated "Nobody from Complete gave authorisation for part/late payment. We do rely on tenants sending us funds on time and cannot predict a delay, unless they inform us of one beforehand. When I saw only part payment had been received, I contacted the tenant who explained there had been a delay with his bank sending the funds, but that it was leaving his account on Friday and I informed you of this." The fact is she found out only when I informed her and payment was settled a week late. In April, only half of the rent was settled again!!!!!! No reply from this Property Manager again, it's been a month now, I don't know if this Property Manager actually works for the company but 125pounds of Property Management Fee is deducted from my account every month???!!! In addition, I never get to see how my flat's condition is right now because the Property Manager doesn't even visit my building and help taking photos. Please take this message into your serious account before you appoint a Property Management Company. If I can choose to rate zero, I will definitely do so.

She has gone above and beyond to help us with several things that we were clueless of. I am so grateful to her and her company for finding us the perfect place to live in for this year!!

almost one month now, all i can say is that Ms. Michaela Beresford is always there for us, knows what she is doing, and have helped and understood my situation when i was renting abroad. and the whole renting process was smooth and with no troubles at all.
