I find it difficult to find good customer service nowadays However, Im please to share my experiences using Fine Car Detailing. I purchased my dream vehicle 5 years ago, and wanted to treat it to a detail and protection service. However, due to me being always busy, I never had the opportunity to do this until March 2021. So, after my many years of me making the mistake of taking my vehicle to various hand car washes, the paintwork suffered many swirling marks, scratches and poor protection. I tried to fix this myself, but resulted in failure and frustration. I made contact many other detailers, but they were always too busy and never retuned my calls, and felt that my car was not important enough for them to be interested. I then decided to contact Fine Car Detailing, and from the initial phone call with Maher, I felt at ease. Maher, offered a range of services to fit my budget, and asked about the vehicle condition. Maher looked over the vehicle to get an understanding of what suitable service and treatments would would be required. I was kept informed of the progress of the 4 day service. I was also blown away with the transport service Fine Car Detailing provided also, It saved me the price of an Uber. Once the service was complete, and it was time to view the vehicle, I was absolutely blown way with the level detail and accuracy Maher had captured and invested into my car. I was so please and couldn't stop looking at the car... really... it was truly unrecognisable. yes... I know my car, but the paint clarity and cleanliness was breath-taking... The Paint outside looked 10 times better than when I have first purchased the vehicle. The interior was immaculate and I could once again breath and smell the leather . My 10 year old car looks better than new now ! In conclusion, i would totally recommend using Fine Car detailing. I have since had my second vehicle treated to service and protection, and im so please again with the results. I spoke to Maher after receiving a recommendation from another car owner for getting a ceramic coating using the Gtechniq products on our 3-month-old Polestar 2. Maher has been completely professional throughout, being very responsive on email, phone and WhatsApp. He gave a good price considering it was 3 solid days of work and included all materials etc. The end results are fantastic! The car's paintwork has had all of the minor swirls that you get on any car completely removed and the depth and shine is superb. The finish on the wheels and interior is also brilliant. I'm very happy to recommend Maher to anyone who wants their car to look better than new! Note he is moving to the Birmingham area at the moment. As regards the 1* Google reviews below... well, they're clearly fake in my opinion. They read like they've been written by the same person and not a single thing they talk about matches my experience of Fine Car Detailing, either in the professional results or in the kind of person Maher seems to be (quiet, professional, passionate).
