I purchased items for a complete bathroom renovation in June 2021. The sales person was very helpful in designing and suggesting the items required. Several faulty issues have been encountered. The toilet was faulty and had to be replaced. A gadget within the cistern fell out each time the toilet was flushed. I had a replacement , although had to pay extra for another toilet as I did not have confidence that the same issue would not reoccur. About 6 months later there was a fault with the shower. Again, had replacement. For both issues, extra expense was incurred as needed plumber to sort these again. About 11 months following installation, a crack was noticed on the bath rim. I was told this was not a manufacturers fault. The bath also creaks considerably. I specified on numerous occasions that I wanted a reinforced bath as the shower is over the bath and wanted a strong bath. I was reassured it was so. However, the creaking and the crack on the bath rim does not seem consistent with a reinforced bath. Extremely disappointed with this company. Excellent sales talk by the then personnel, Kelly Klymaytis but the products obtained were of poor quality.

Not being familiar with the area, from S. Yorkshire, working in the city centre, its great to find a branch that had what I needed, especially after a very poor experience at the Aston branch. The lads couldnt be more helpful! Highly recommended!
