        Have been trying to get them to answer messages regarding a wedding ring I bought a couple of years ago that snapped and no response Dont expect your purchase to last a lifetime. I do recall that at the time we bought our wedding rings a gentleman working there, I belive was either owner or manager made a snide comment about a ring I brought it to get resized as it was from Gems TV, well everyone of them are still in the correct condition not like MY WEDDING RING we bought of you!!
