Today I visited this store for some bangles however a Member of staff (Middle- aged Asian lady) was so rude. I wanted to see a set of bangles and she refused to make the set for me unless I buy them first, she said if I open them I cant put them back its not impossible to do but she was just being lazy. How am I supposed to know what they look like before I purchase them?. I Cannot believe the poor level of customer service she needs training on how to treat customers and do her job properly, rather than standing around and telling others what to do. Ive been to Chohans which is a few doors away who made me a beautiful bangle set and didnt refuse to do their job. Appalling. will not be shopping here and dont recommend anyone else to shop here either.

We ordered jewellery from laffaire. We was served by rosie and saima. The customer service was brilliant and they really took the time to go through all the options. The order came as expected within the timescales given and they Notified us of the arrival. They committed to the service they gave us and the time scales. Very impressive and the jewellery was absolutely gawjus

I bought my wedding jewellery from here and staff were very friendly and helpful to personalise my sets to what I liked. They have a large variety in store and great customer service.
