Amazing customer service, my boiler went down, without hesitation he new exactly what to do. My heat pump, heat exchange plate and manifold all decided to die on me and within 50mins all of if it was replaced and fixed (I had the parts). Most of the time was waiting around to make sure nothing was faulty. I have had other plumbers come out and mention they have '20 years' experience but didn't know as much as Synergy. 10.10 would call again!

Saeed fixed our boiler within a day of contacting him. He managed to source the part needed on a Saturday and installed it. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him.

Absolutely outstanding service. Very knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and professional. Made contact at 7 in the evening and by 9am the next day it was fixed with new parts. Lucky for us Saeed carries a lot of parts in stock. Highly recommended to anyone, a true honest tradesman, you dont see many of them often. Prices were very fair, worth giving a call.
