LUSH Spa Birmingham

My son had a spa treatment for his 18th birthdayhe had a fantastic treatment with ainohareally felt pampered! We had tea with him after in the spa which is so calm and relaxing .. I would definitely recommendall the staff were lovely and welcominga big thankyou to everyone!

We had a gift card for A hard days night treatment for two people. Never been to Lush Spa before, but was really refreshing. They talk you through everything before you have the treatment. Explain step by step what to do and expect. Gone are the days where youre wondering if youre supposed to get straight up after they leave. It was all queued by music. When the cockerel crows, thats when you wake up and get dressed. The treatment was assisted stretches whilst you relax in PJs. Very skilled staff (Amy and Emily) can position your body without you doing a thing. The use of hot water bottles to warm your PJs was an amazing touch and they put them on your clothes for after when you get dressed which really made me smile! The whole spa treatment is set to music which was very cleverly done. Started off busy, music and ended dreamy. Music was from the Beatles but remade by the in-house band fresh handmade sound. Was expertly put together. A spa treatment you wont have experienced before! You get a tea, biscuit and a Golden slumber bath bomb to take away! All in all, an amazing experience! Thank you Amy and Emily!!!

Products are ok but but expensive

Came on a Sunday on my birthday looking to purchase a treat. Needed some help selecting, usually staff are great and really helpful but this time the staff were all playing with bathbombs or chatting among themselves. Despite catching their eye and smiling trying to get them to come over, not one of the workers assisted us.

Travelled from London to visit the Primark, but decided to pop into Lush whilst in town. We were greeted by staff immediately (all were lovely!), and we decided to take part in making a bath bomb. Michael was running it, and made it absolutely hilarious. While it was aimed at kids, it didn't feel that way at all. His humour and warmth made it amazing, and would highly recommend visiting the store and taking parts in events with him! Will definitely be back.
