The lab is under staffed so ended up doing primary processing on my own for over 6 months, then finally got trained in a different process. I then injured my shoulder and was told different things from different management staff. The company also states that they also help staff with mental illnesses - this is a LIE! My manager would treat me like a child as she did not understand my mental issues and when I spoke up about this, I got fired for what I said. If you want to be run off your feet and under payed, this is the place for you. The other lab technicians I worked with were great but they do talk about each other behind their backs and like to run to their manager about anything and everything.
