        Having used a couple of Gelpacks products over the past couple of months- theyve been fantastic. From ordering to delivery Ive been really impressed with how much of a difference theyve made in reducing pain and swelling from back and neck injuries.         Like a lot of people in the UK I have started doing online workouts. Of course that means you cant tell if your doing it wrong and I managed to pull a muscle in my leg. I ordered a small gel pack from Gel Packs direct. Its great you can keep it in the fridge for when you need it or quickly chill in the freezer/ heat in the microwave. Comes with a comfortable strap that is adjustable which is great for any body part youve injured.
