        Service is shocking, the Dunston Village venue is not fit for purpose. No reception staff, insufficient seating in the waiting room, no seating suitable for those with mobility issues. Hard to access the building if using mobility aids. The processes for making appointments is ludicrous. If you have the option, do NOT use this service.
