Very friendly staff, Aleks is kind, professional and understanding. She listened and I had a referral to a specialist within an hour - amazing! Couldn't of had better treatment paying privately. Janet was also very lovely.

Lovely receptionists, very helpful and doctors who I have seen are very good and do their best in the short time you have with them (in my experience). It's not always easy to get an appointment but I haven't really waiting very long before I have.

It was a real pleasure being under the case load of Alison, she is a real professional who genuinely care a lot about our health and well-being. A few months ago, while I was in a workshop with her, I experienced a fibromyalgia-related episode of extreme anxiety that made it difficult for me to control my breathing. She escorted me to the hospital out of true concern for me. She assist me to navigate the resources on offer and follow up on my hospital appointments. I am grateful to her and I appreciate her help because it has a significant positive impact on my health and well-being. Many thanks. Alison
