There is nowhere else I would go. When another AME told me I was done, aeromedical consultancy quite literally salvaged my flying career. Go there if you need help with a medical issue.

I completed both my EASA class 1 and basic CAA training there. The calm, professional demeanour of everyone I saw at Birmingham Aeromedical Center quickly calmed my anxiety because I didn't know what to anticipate and was feeling very uneasy. I understand why scheduling an appointment is such a challenge.

I have a heart condition and was using an AME in London who wasn't progressing my file. A friend recommended Aeromedical Consulting UK and I am so glad he did. To cut a long story short, I have a medical now and I drive all the way from East London to Birmingham just to have my medical there. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get appointments in his Harpenden Clinic - they seem to fill up quickly. But I would rather go to Birmingham than trust my medical to someone else.
