        Bal is a highly educated guy. After one session I learnt so much about my body, posture and health habits and how to improve. Feel wonderful after and my muscles are thanking me! Really great experience. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

        Have been having a series of massage treatments from Bal for football injuries. Bal knows exactly how to remedy these and always uses the correct level of pressure. I would thoroughly recommend him. I always look forward to my visits and feel much better afterwards.

        Had a great session with Bal. I came in with multiple issues as a result of my training with some ideas on what has caused them. Bal went through an assessment with me and we got to the root cause of each issue. Felt pretty great after having the areas massaged and left with some knowledge and things I can work on going forward.

        Just had a session with Farah, really nice and skilful. Feeling good and relaxed. Would recommend 10/10 to people with lower back pain. Already recommended it to my taxi driver who picked me up as I finished a session.
