The Floating Spa

Nav (owner, operator) consistently exceeds expectations. Competitive pricing, consistent (and clean) amenities, comprehensive introductions for newcomers, and a calm relaxing space to unwind afterwards. It might be the only place to float in Birmingham City Centre but if it wasnt it would probably still be the best! If youve gotten used to floating in the isopod in other spas around the world, youll be pleased with floating here!

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment you open the front door to the moment you leave you will feel so comfortable and welcome. I have genuinely never had a paid experience that is so worth the money. I would pay the 60 just to be able to sit and relax in the decompression room for a bit! The floating is absolutely amazing too and although I was a little nervous about basically having zero access to any of my senses whilst in a building with people I dont know, I was actually 100% comfortable because of the great lengths the owner went to to ensure I felt comfortable and knew I had total privacy. Will absolutely be returning and I highly encourage anyone considering it to go for it.

Next level Savasana An epic experience. From the moment I entered the building. Everything is explained so clearly by Nav, every aspect of the experience has been so well thought out. I feel so totally relaxed and I know that I'll be coming back and recommending regular sessions to everyone! A little Christmas pressed for myself, best thing I've done for myself in a long long time.

Has to be experienced to be believed. Hard to put into words but the feeling of weight lifting doesn't just stop once you leave the tub.
