I had a sports massage to help with an football injury. It was very good and helped a lot. Rachel recommended some exercises which helped. I will definitely use her again and would recommend her.

Rachel is an excellent massage therapist, her monthly deep tissue massages have really helped with the tension in my upper back. And she always goes the extra mile by giving advice and exercises for other issues I may have. She even does mobile massages which is perfect for me with a newborn baby! I'd % recommend Rachel.
