I never normally leave a review but my experience here was horrible! I booked a massage and when I arrived I was locked out the shop. I rang the door and waited patiently. After waiting 15 minutes I called again with nobody picking up. After waiting 30 minutes in the cold I rang and rang and finally a lady came to the door. I shower her my appointment and she lied to my face shouting at me saying I didnt have an appointment booked. She said it was booked with another shop down the road and that I had made a mistake. Out of embarrassment I left and went to the other shop, they checked the number and confirmed it WAS in fact Hong Kong Therapy. I was fuming!! I then decided to go home baring in mind I had paid for a taxi there and now had to pay for it back. After getting home I received a phone call from Hong Kong Therapy SAYING THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND I WAS MEANT TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. They told me to come back but at this point I had already wasted an hour wand was back home. They offered no remorse and didnt even offer an apology. AWFUL SERVICE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR BOOK!

Worst place ever the lady wanted more more money after half way through massage and kept on opening the door and chatting to her friend they charge you for 2 hrs and only provide you with 1 hours of service lack of communication this place should be shut down

I have been to this place recently, that was the worst experience ever. I simply wanted a massage for my back especially for my shoulders. The girl, who served me looked bit fat and wearing a pair of glasses, she was very rude! She offered me body to body, when I refused the service, she even finished 15 minutes earlier! All I paid for 60 minutes massage, that was only okay for the first 30 mins or so before I rejected her additional extra services. As a first time to going to one of these places it was a disgrace. I highly recommend anyone to avoid this establishment!
