Worst gym ever. If you wan to pay a yearly membership to have a coach spending all his time on his arcade game, go for it.
During a training session, I tore my calf. I screamed lying on the floor for five minutes on the floor, Damian didn't even look at me once. I then sat alone in a chair before cycling home pedaling with one leg.
Some guys are cool, but those who have at least one fight or have made one interclub look down all the others. So the state of mind isn't great among the members either.
