Absolutely not recommending this club for grown ups, the pictures do not reflect reality in Telford and you mainly train with children and teenagers. Alec has good people skills but the other tutor made me feel very uncomfortable, which I have raised with their FB communicator. I also saw him kicking apart the legs of a teenager during splits, that kid was in agony, it was his first night and I never went back! Their FB person is the only person that is delightful but I raised my concerns beginning of this year, she tried to find solutions but my passion for the club was broken. Asked to cancel so they told me to cancel my direct debit (which I forgot as I was never asked too do that in the past), so asked for a refund for March (I have not been once this year and was hoping for a good will gesture)m but the owners refused. All relationships only show their real quality during crisis, there was no offer of refund for the brand new kit and gloves, despite never having received the top of the uniform. I count it as a personal loss but Id check out other clubs first but bear in mind, the attitude sorry, we dont do refunds, your fault for not cancelling comes from the top very very disappointing!

Signed up for my son after a trail session. Was told missed session can be made up but then told you can't if payments are paused to make up missed sessions. Finally cancelled in Jan after loosing two months fees because they didn't pause payments when asked. Today I've recieved an email saying they are taking another payment despite the fact I cancelled in Jan. I would never recommend setting up direct debit payments with this club as they are useless in sorting it out and it has caused endless messages and time wasting to get myself out the direct debit as well as two months lost fees when they didn't pause payments when requested. Its a scam to tie you into dd payments which you can't get out of without selling your soul or your house. Offered no refund for this extra payment taken.

My son and grandson have been training in the Nottingham branch of this rip off academy and will be leaving shortly. 40 a month for 1 lesson a week, you have to buy their kit (no idea why as they are only hitting pads, no sparring (you have to pay extra for extra super secret special training to spa) and an extra 40 for a grading which means NOTHING anywhere but temple martial arts. Complete cash grab. I have trained for most of my life and seen many of these get you black belt in a year as long as you have enough cash set ups. Someone's raking it in

My children started Temple (TMA) last year and i seen the progress they are making, all thanxz to the incredible coach Zara. They are enjoying every session and learning new techniques each time. I appreciate how much she does for the children, she is a amazing at motivating, building confidence as well as self - esteem. Zara is always very helpful due to her coaching. As she has put huge impact on these children. All the recommendtion that i have made. The parents agreed with me how beneficial Zara is to the children and left the kickboxing they use to go to. I would recommend to all those parents looking for kickboxing places please have a look at TMA.
