        Started the gym not knowing the basics and now after a year at the gym i feel alot more comfortable with techniques / sparring. The coach , osama, always pushes me to work hard and always corrects the slightest mistakes. Would definitely recommend!!

        Great place to learn self defense osama the coach will put you through your paces but well worth it once you see improvment in your overall health and self defense abilities nice family atmosphere and great 1-1 training
