Energetic and supportive team management, but regardless of how they sugar coat it this job is COMMISSION ONLY.There is NO BASE PAY which means you are not guaranteed any money whatsoever for the hours that you work. Instead it is referred to as uncapped performance based pay which just another way to say commission. You will also have to fund your own travel expenses to get from location to location which isnt exactly ideal. Youre also constantly reminded that you can make 500+ a week to keep you engaged but you can make that in a job with regular job with base pay. The job itself involves attempting to stop individuals on the street regardless of the weather conditions and asking them to fill out surveys regarding gas and electric. People that fill out surveys are called leads. You could get 20 leads in a day- this still doesnt mean youll get paid. Because you may only get 1-2 sales from those 20 leads. Training itself in my opinion is a little too much. I understand it for the morning time, but when work is finished and over, you shouldnt be bombarded with more and more information as it goes in one ear and straight out the other. Considering youre working 49 hours and then some a week, I expect better. This is definitely not a fake review, and anyone that says otherwise can take it up with me personally.

Applied for job online, met team manager really nice lad, invited back to spend a little bit of time with the team which I did. Enjoyed it and was offered a trial, money was good, liked the approach to customers, all done right.
