From start to finish our enquiry and job was handled in an excellent manner, nothing was too much trouble for our urgent requirement, and all was thoroughly communicated and supported to assist us.         We were delighted with the service and turn around. Staff were really courteous and helpful. Having dropped some copper parts for induction annealing, they explaining their current loading constraints and suggesting an alternative machine they could try to help us. Turned around within 24 hours! Really impressed, thank you. Martin
