DO NOT USE!! I completely agree with the other review, this company is TERRIBLE! We took a pump in to them to be serviced. They couriered it back but it was damaged when it arrived back because it was poorly packed. I had to dismantle the pump myself at their request to send back the motor to be fixed. So my pump was damaged when it only went in to be serviced. They eventually sent the pump and motor back but I couldn't believe it when it was delivered and the box had a hole in it and the actual pump was dented and damaged again. I was furious because I'd been without a pump for several weeks now and they made me pay on pro forma each time before they would send my pump back. I rung them straight away and BETH was very rude, told me their insurance only covered up to 15 and they would not do anything about the completely damaged pump. They even went so far as accusing me of damaging the pump myself despite all the pictures I sent them. So the whole fiasco cost me 100's and I went from having a pump to not having a pump. They wouldn't even refund me, let alone replace my pump. I am currently instructing a solicitor to seek damages purely out of principle for their poor service and customer relations.
