Very poor customer service and very abrupt, waiting 2 days for a quotation for some Kitchen doors when it only takes 5 mins, oh and he said he ain't had time to do the quotation!!!!!

I don't think this is the right place to buy a kitchen staff,poor quality customer service. They give you Unrealistic promise .

Very poor customer service. I had ordered one wardrobe gave advance but no one turned up on the appointment date. They gave me another date and same issue. It happened again and again ultimately I did cancel my order and demand for my refund. They did credit amount in my account but debit again after 15 minutes without my knowledge. When I approached them again they did not apologise but said we are busy we will refund over the phone later. Still waiting for my refund. Very unprofessional approach and poor customer service. Will advise to stay away and go to somewhere else to save your time and money.
