        Shocked at how poor this company operates!! Rude staff, zero customer service skills, complete lack of communication with customers. How a company like this is still in business is beyond me! I would give 0 stars if I could!

        I need to move boxes easily so got in touch with Alwayse. I was provided with techinical assistance to select the correct ball-unit. The goods were delivered promptly as promised. Overall an excellent product and company! I would certainly recommend.

        Asked for a quotation for a product they had supplied before. A very angry woman called and was incredibly rude over the phone. I was told I'd get a quotation, chased it three times and then gave up. Placed an order worth 2000 with another company.
