Recently purchased some custom made brackets for another third-parties cart, they are of the finest quality very pleased. Customer service is always exemplary.

Then when i call the number, someone picks up the phone and says nothing until I say hello.
Not sure the policy this company has with speaking on the phone but either ALL their employees are scared of speaking or they have the absolute worst communication skills.
No idea what they want, no idea who they are. They cold called me. I m now reporting them to the Information Commissioners Office for breaking GDPR.

Whatever we paid for them is clearly too much, and cabling PC's into them is an almost impossibility.
