I have had my Zoki Infra-red sauna for 7 years - we put it in storage for 6 months when we moved & it still works superbly well. The build quality & function are first class! The staff are also really friendly & helpful.. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone. Health-wise the sauna has been a god send for my back & is great for relaxation generally.

I bought a Zoki sauna back in 2010 and had 10 plus years enjoyment before moving house. I have just had the same model installed in my new home and once again Zoki have delivered a high quality product at a competitive price. The installers were professional and polite. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Zoki Saunas.

I spent 25 years working for Finnish and other Nordic region banks and am, therefore, very familiar with sauna as an institution. Authenticity was, therefore, a crucial consideration when buying a sauna for home use. Having researched extensively, I concluded that Zoki fitted the bill on all counts, especially where build quality was concerned. I have not been disappointed. My sauna looks, smells, feels and is the genuine article. Well done to everyone at Zoki for delivering an excellent customer experience from start to finish, no pun intended..

Really couldn't fault the process from start to finish. Very easy to order Zoki were incredibly patient with the preparation I had to have in place. The installation was quick (about 2-3 hours) and everything was clearly explained to me. The sauna was up and running shortly afterwards. The build quality is excellent and it would be fair to say that I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
