LOVE LOVE!!! THIS MAKEUP ARTIST IS THE ONLY ONE I WILL LET TOUCH MY FACE !!!!. My friends and I loved how she was able to work with all our skin, her eye work is amazing and she is a genius!. We found Rema by chance after our other artist let us down and im glad we had her! Her work is amazing

AVOID!!! Ive hired Remi as makeup and hair artist for myself, 3 bridesmaids and my mother, for my wedding last weekend. The experience I had was horrible. Firstly, she asked me to attend a studio that she had supposedly rented for our appointment, and gave me the address of this, however, this was her own house, with kids trying to get into the room throughout the appointment. On the wedding day, a different lady came to my house, saying shes here in replace of Remi, no previous communication has been given by Remi even though she was not sick. The new makeup/hair artist didnt have suitable equipment to do an events hair style (eg. she didnt even bring any hairspray and her curler wasnt working properly). It was previously discussed with Remi we would have our hair curled, during the day she had to use my curler and she manged to burn 2 of my bridesmaids with it. She didnt seem to have much confidence in her abilities and her hands were shaking the whole time, which led to mistakes, she had to re-do the hair of 2 bridesmaids and because she took so long, overall, we all ended up in a rush to get to the wedding. She forgot to put lower lash mascara on me, which unfortunately due to the rush at the house in the end I didnt notice till I was at my wedding. The hair clips started coming out of all our hair within about 20 minutes, on the way to the wedding ceremony, one of the bridesmaids had to remove the remaining clips and just leave her hair hanging down. I was trying to sort out my hair in the car on the way to the church, still had bits of hair coming undone while walking down the aisle. When I contacted Remi about this the next morning to complain about the work, Remi said to message Fifi who did the makeup and hair and gave me her mobile number. I then messaged Fifi, but in response I received no concern or apology, she just went on the attack (worth noting that I at no point attacked her, but simply complained about the quality of work carried out). Fifi had stated when at my house that if we were not happy then we would get a refund, however when I asked for 50% refund after the issues she refused. After this, she went completely silent on me, so I had to message Remi back, only to get the same treatment (and also a rejection of any refund as she stated they had carried out the work as agreed, and didnt acknowledge that the pins falling out 20 minutes later were anything to do with them). In fact, Remi turned very viscous in her messages, insisting that my complaint was harassment and that if I went to court, she would counter sue for me trying to defame her. I then asked Remi for details of who Fifi was (i.e. the lady Remi had sent as a replacement and who I had hosted in my house), with name and business details, but Remi refused to provide these. Remi then also stated that this was the end of the matter and that she would no longer reply to any further messages. I would highly recommend AVOIDING THEM, as they are just deceitful and they turn vicious immediately if you are not happy in any way with their work. Service: Hairstyling

I booked remi for me and my 3 sisters and I am very happy with how professional she was.. she came on time and worked around my sister's health condition which stops her from being able to sit in one place she was amazing at how she supported my sister's health condition moving around her allowing her to feel comfortable and relaxed. I have been using make up artist for so many years but i have never experienced such compassion and kindness to the situation thank you remi from inya.. i am happy with the glam look that was created on the day the make up actually stayed on all through our wedding even through the hear as it was a hot day thank.you so much for just being amazing from me and my sister's xxx Services: Permanent lip makeup, Hairstyling, Eyelash enhancements
