I bought my arcade from here it is absolutely fantastic I phoned up asking loads of questions which were all answered, it was delivered on the day I was promised. Thank you Joe, also I think the back of the arcade machine is brilliant the way the light from the led stip comes through the sign is pretty cool. Would definitely recommend.

Unit we purchased is incredibly glitchy needing constant restarting and the customer service was as poor as you can get. Had to constantly call them with failed promises to call me back and now have a defective unit that's still in warranty but dealing with a useless team of customer service staff is draining. Would never use again.

I used this company due to the positive reviews, however I've purchased their Outrun themed arcade machine due to this being a classic I remember, however the game doesn't allow you to change from low to high gear on it, rendering it useless as you can never complete the very first stage. I've also reached out to them about the rest of the games crashing very often and making the whole unit impossible to play. After contacting them by their own enquiry system on their website, I had to follow it up with a phone call a week later due to no reply (from which they advised they never receieved the email???) However they did recieve my phone call, and I'm not anther week from that with nothing from them. Therefore so far my experience has been, poor equipment and less than poor communication. I'll update this review if this gets sorted out.
