No1 Lounge

Its ok, lounge is meant to be quiet, peaceful, ambient, this place was more loud then the standard waiting areas. The seating areas near the gates were much more relaxed then this area. Packed out, loud, noisy, staff clumsy, the most common sound i heard was of glass breaking throughout my stay. It was free for me so i gave 2 stars. If i had to pay it would be 1 star. I dont drink alcohol but for most people that will be the highlight and best selling point. Food options were poor, theres more choice at a friends BBQ. There were people having a good time so it must appeal to someone. I am well travelled and have high expectations from airport lounges, this one doesnt compare to quality. I went to the clubrooms after a short stay here.

Extremely rude passive aggressive tall lady server on the evening of Friday 21st April 2023 (between 8-pm-9pm) (I dont know her name but she wears spectacles and is a person of color). She has absolutely ZERO class and speaks abrasively for no reason at all. The others on the night were amazing but because of how horrendous she is and how much she shocked me, Im never ever visiting your lounge again! (there was no altercation by the way) She is just ill-mannered and a bitter rude woman. Shame on you. And whoever trained you,

Well, I have never been to a lounge as bad as this one, so I am not sure how to express my feelings. A few bowls of salad-like mixture together with completely tasteless meze and sweet sweet spaghetti I think that those who are responsible at Priority Pass should reconsider having this place in their list.
