Dreadful service, infact thus far no service provided so far despite having fully paid for our log cabin. No cabin, no base since paying deposit 18th December and with a ten day delivary service promised, knowing we really required the garden space. Yet to find out when it will be constructed either. 6,800 plus project with no sign of it being delivered and constructed.

Missing fittings. BRF designs that aren't (other than regards insulation), and a belief that specifying one size of window on the plans and pack list and then supplying a larger one - and suggesting I cut away some of the wall structure to make it fit - is not a mistake and is up to me to sort out! Maybe on a shed, but a 50k cabin?? Can't wait to see what Trading Standards say about that. Verdict: Wood quality, great. All else very amateurish.

Fast efficient service. Easy to order, any questions are welcome and replies are quick and directed at your questions. Prices are good and delivery quick. Wood is solid we bought a Carport CLASSIC, which I'm sat in now. We're using it as a Gazebo.

Order arrived incomplete and after being unpacked by thier install team, was left for 2 weeks waiting for the remaining parts. The window frames warped and I had to call in a carpenter so I could shut them after construction as I was blanked by them after install. 5 windows blew within months, a further 12 needed attention due to poor fit. After 6 months of pestering and empty promises, never got them. The roof shingles failed just after 5 years, they claimed they changed suppliers so no warranty available. I expected better quality and customer care for a 8.4k cabin.
