I had windows fitted by this company about 3.5 years ago. Great service at this point. Sadly one of the windows seals has failed, so i contacted them about their replacement guarantee on about the 14 February. Initial response to email was good, but no follow up. I chased again the next week, "sorry, it's been a busy week, we'll get back to you at the end of the week". No they didn't, and i chased again 23rd Feb. "We'll send an engineer over either tmrw or Friday". It's now Weds 2nd March and no engineer has arrived nor has anyone from the company been in touch. In my view getting in touch on more than three occasions via a mix of phone and email is enough effort to be expected on my behalf. I am now of the opinion i am being given the runaround and they have no intention of replacing the glass, as per the guarantee. I also notice they have disappeared form the Check A Trader site I found them on. If they get in touch with me to discuss this matter, and replace the promised glass, i will alter this review to reflect that the guarantee actually means something, even if the aftercare needs to be worked on.
