        Friendly but I phoned the shop for a cuff link adjustment and was quoted 7.50, perhaps I phoned the other shop. But when I went into store the price stated was 10. I went local knowing it's more expensive, didn't expect the price to go up. Bought the tool to do it myself for 7 I was willing to pay. Same price as the tool. Still gentleman was friendly and prompt in dealing with other customers.
