Disgusting customer service skills

Verry poor service in office . Staff always talking each other they dont bother to faster service And if you want to submit any paperwork you need to come few time time when they scan and sending any document but always main office didnt recive any paper its happenig every time .

Service is ridiculous like seriously it is so bad. They don't call people in order, they all go on lunch at the same time, they stroll about pretending they are doing work and have personal conversations on the main front desk. Would rather drive to Erdington and pay parking than go back again.

Staff are friendly but ques are ridiculously long, shortage on staff like 4 in at a time with several people to see. Staff do not open on time says 9am open but they arrive 10-20 mins late. Not impressive at all
