Dr Gary Wood - Solution Focused Life Coach ( Birmingham, UK )

I booked in seven sessions with Gary as I had been floundering in life, was lacking motivation, and needed to improve my routine. Gary was a fantastic source of support and full of brilliant ideas I could try (or not, as Gary is very person focused in his practice). My session have now come to an end and I will miss our chats. Gary is upbeat, empowering, and really good at getting you to challenge your restrictive, or diminutive beliefs. I have come out the other end with everything I asked him for. A renewed passion for my work, a great working routine, and a sense of purpose. I couldn't be more gratful for the turnaround he has helped facilitiate.

Helped me realise a long standing personal ambition. I'm a different man! Enjoyed reading all of Gary's books and wouldn't go to anyone else for coaching. Definitely on the same page.

After agonizing over a life change for ages, I took advantage of Gary Wood's monthly speed coaching sessions and was surprised at how much we achieved in just 20 minutes. I went on to have a block of sessions with Gary. Although I was based in London, I made fortnightly trips to Birmingham to have face to face sessions. We had the sessions in a room above a beautiful little Art Deco library in Bearwood, just outside the city centre. What I liked the most, there was no 'glamour and mystery' about the process. It was totally transparent. This was a bit of a surprise for me, as one of the outcomes was to pursue my passion for esoteric knowledge. I bought a copy of Gary's book Unlock Your Confidence (and he knocked the cost of the book off the coaching fees!). So I worked through the book at the same time as having the sessions. What I liked was that every session led to some kind of step forward. His approach is clearly based in psychology but it's delivered with warmth, great humanity and humour. At the end of it I felt empowered to move forward. The sessions were always about tapping into my skills and strengths. I have also come away with a set of skills to view the world in a different way. I can thoroughly recommend Gary's coaching services to anyone serious about making changes.
