Life-changing experience! My initial reason for seeking Lisas help was self sabotage and procrastination which was impacting my business as well as my day to day life. I was skeptical to begin with as I knew that some of my core beliefs were deep-rooted, but the techniques Lisa showed me worked amazingly well and I still use many of them today. Lisa was so great, I actually continued to work with her to address a few other unwanted behaviours and again she helped me to recognise and work towards changing them.
