Absolutely discusted with the service inhave been provided by this company, my claim is still on going and this has now been a period 16 months for a simple whiplash claim. They have lost my paper work, lost emails, havent passed on the relevant information to the correct people. After asking for nearly 6 months for a phone call of the company to discuss things they still havent phoned me, they have not chased up my claim accordingly. The company only do sometjing when you constantly email them and tell them that you are taking legal proceedings against them. I evidence of all this and i am taking further legal advice as i have not been treated fairly. Do not use this company.

S&G is the worst firm I have ever had dealings with they where dealing with a simple whiplash claim, they lost doctors reports emails ect the claim has still not been resolved, i received an email from them last week telling me that they are closing their small claims department as from 21st of april so they won't be able to act for me in relation to my legal matter after nearly 15 months !! I find this absolutely ridiculous I'm looking into putting in a claim against them for out of pocket expenses pointless appointments attended by myself phone calls the lot. ABSOLUTE DISINGENUOUS FIRM STEAR CLEAR OF SLATER AND GORDON.
