Mad Lilies
I do not recommend this law firm and they act in the best interest of property agents/developers instead of their clients. In my case (as a property seller), they did not release the fund on the completion date just because they needed to double check with JLL if JLL had given me a discount on commission fee. Whether this is the law firm's duty to safeguard the income of the agent, this should have done at the beginning of the process not on the completion date.
