I manage a property from my wheel chair mum who relies on her rental income. The tenants stopped paying her with promises they were waiting for housing benefits arrears and that the Council stopped paying them because changes of circumnstances. As the arrears accumulated I then contacted Landlord Angel through google and contact first them. They were very professional to serve notice and then they started paying current rent but not taking any steps to pay towards arrears. Subsequently I instructed Landlord Angel to arrange court hearing with a solicitor. The solicitor came and was very professional and District judge issued a judgement against tenants with repossession order and payment of arrears. I am pleased with Landlord Angel and I say this to other Landlords with problems that Landlord Angel are worth every penny you spend.
