Me and my partner used David Bunn on the Bristol road. They may have got our purchase and sale complete but people skills are non existent, just like their communications skills. They quite literally dont like speaking to you, which we found very bizarre. Pretty similar with emails, I still have unanswered emails to this day. Luckily my partner had managed to get the direct contact details to the others in the chain and this was pretty much the only and best way to find out any information. Quite honestly the most unprofessional company we have ever had to deal With. It made the whole process a lot more stressful and frustrating than it needed to be. Just wish Id done my research. Lesson learned. As you can gather I definitely wont be using them again in the future and the best advice I can give is to give them a wide berth.

I had a legal matter that needed to be dealt with quickly. Googled this website and decided to call. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She transferred me to the solicitor who was also very friendly and helpful. In a couple of days I saw the lawyer and my matter was taken care of very efficiently. I would use them again if needed to.
