        13/01/2023 - Unsatisfactory. The advice provided by the solicitor directed me towards alternative services in order to pursue my case. Having to speak to a solicitor in order to resolve a case is daunting in itself. This experience has been the worst ever. It drove my anxiety levels higher than my daily average.
