Rhys Moss and his conveyancing team recently helped me for redeem my help to buy loan and do remortgage my house. During last month as regards all interest rate gone up I was in really frustrating situation, It was short time to finish the process and start my new mortgage offer with good interest rate, which if I loose the time I should get really high interest rate on new mortgage offer, I didnt really expect he can finish all process in really short time, but he did.
