This company does not value its customers. We purchased clothing outright but we have been bound into a 3 year contract when we were told that we would own the items. Customer Service is poor and when you give them instructions when attending our premises they just ignore our requests. Awful company. They do not accept that they are ever wrong. Always a delay when collecting clothing .

It is very sad to read the other reviews and having to write a very similar one. My Father passed away suddenly during COVID, leaving just me to deal with his business etc from 200 miles away. I rang to cancel the contract with Johnsons as the prices they were charging were astronomical, and I believe they had taken advantage of him being elderly when pushing the contract. I sent the letter as requested and waited for the end of the contract (around 4 months from the letter being sent). At that point they decided to renew the contract, claiming they never received the letter! Over two months of communication back and forward, different people from Johnsons contacting me, sending demands for payment (for a service we are no longer receiving!), one of their staff clearly stating the account was now closed, then a few days later someone else demanding thousands of pounds. Absolutely no respect for our situation or indeed the agreement that had been made. Very much feels like Johnsons are just trying to wring as much money as they can out of people. Please do not use this company!!
