After driving around for a good part of the day looking for a Laundromat to wash our duvet and finding all the Laundromats either closed down or no big washers, I found B&Y. Was a lovely lady inside and on the phone. She does a full service if you want but also a standard just wash and go for us was what we wanted and it was good. We've done 2 washes which counts towards our 5 after which we get a free wash. Prices are good, shop is clean, and I'm thankful for her being open!

I would give this ZERO stars if I could. The load is for 10. the load regardless of how small it is they still charge you the full amount even if its 3 pieces which is very unfair! There is no set number for pieces in a load (not that I was informed with) Despite the "free" wash after 5 washes, they were trying to be sneaky about it telling me "we will give it to you next time" blaming it on me having big loads and had to remind them of it. Also, a load "CAME" DAMP!! while all the others were fine. they refused to fix it and made me pay full amount for it. They told me "its my fault because I reported it late" (which I did a couple of days after) they also claimed I must have left it for that long which is why it became damp. I asked why were the other loads fine then? bare in mind they were all sorted and removed from bags when arrived. the lady never answered my question. The DAMP gave my partner allergies. Also they agree with you on a certain amount of loads and then phone you later saying you have more loads that you need to pay for. Lastly, the lady on the phone never listens to you and quite interruptive. They are clearly focused more on being sneaky about the amount of money they can make out of washes and not the customer at all! very unprofessional, expensive and quite rude. worst laundry experience ever! I'm not sure how genuine the other reviews are but my experience made me feel that they value money more than customers. many laundries around the area do the same service for cheaper and quite professional!
