        would give zero stars if possible, no confirmation of order, does not return emails, does not answer the phone, operate under multiple names, which always seems dubious to me, order arrived after 2 weeks, order wrong, not a professional company, would not recommend and will never use again, beware, service like going back 30 years.

        NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I have ordered in June, now is November - no phone call answer, no refund, no email answer, nothing. I still wait for the refund of 40.00 GBP spent in their online shop. JEWEL TOOLCRAFT IS A FRAUD!

        Do not use this company! Took the money for the product back in January and it is now March and I haven't received the chain. Don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails. Struggling to get a refund for the 200.00 I spent. DO NOT USE this company!

        Avoid. Avoid. Avoid...Awful company. Fast to take your money, 2 weeks ago!..... Still waiting for 50 of silver chain to be delivered. Seems strange that this company also trading under different names, Jewels and Tools? Same address/ phone number etc. No answer to phone calls. Days to receive email stating "I will look into it" . Unprofessional, dreadful customer service.
